Terms and conditions

- No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full treatment cost.

- I reserve the right to decline treatment at full cost if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.

- Patch Testing is mandatory for the following treatments - LVL Lash Lift, HD Brows, Brow Laminations, Permanent Make Up Services and Tinting services. The patch test must be carried out no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

- Please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment without clearing this with me first.

- Lash infills are to cover up to 50% of the lashes - if you have lost more than this you will be required to pay an additional percentage or for a full set.

- Please arrive to your lash infill with clean lashes. If you arrive to your lash appointment with dirty lashes you will incur a £5 cleaning fee.

- The weight limit of my beauty bed is 120kg/18.5st. If you think you may be over this, please let me know in advance so we can arrange an alternative.
